I have been using this service since 2015 and I get an email saying my order is on hold. Nobody is answering my questions why and I find this unprofessional and unacceptable. This was a preordered and the service has had plenty of time for preparation and delivery. You took my money with no results of what is expected, shame on you. Customer for 6 years and you treat my order with no respect. 0 Stars

Worst service ever, maximum unprofessionalism. My order was supposed to be delivered during the day, but was not. No assistance, 0 customer support and communication. Manager is not answering her phone even called her personnaly multiple times and sending her messages but she reads and don't answer. I called the shop 10 times and when someone answered and was not able to know where is my order and why still not delivered, he transfered me to Natalya the manager who i was called but she even refused to get my call, he said she can't talk she is busy and that he will look fir my ordr and call me back, abd still no calls. After trying to get to nataliya through whatsapp, call, messages, email, i finally receive an email that due to lot if orders today they will have to deliver my irder in a later time. I asked if they at least called the recipient but even no answer and i am still waiting for them.
