    Thanks for everything... The order was perfect... It was sadly delivered one day late because the lady decided for a few days to live in a friend's apartment at another address... It's not the fault of florist... we just didn't know... Other than that, fantastic work guys... I am impressed... You will see me back... Jean

    Use etiquette and don't call to wake customers late at night or early in the morning. The delivery was 2 days late and it shows that the flowers were left in a vehicle for that length of time without water. The flowers arrived wilted and dry. I would like to receive a refund.
